PROJECTS BY SHRI MATAJI
Shri Mataji has tirelessly worked to spread and establish Sahaja Yoga throughout the world. To spread Sahaja Yoga, Shri Mataji has given en-masse Self-Realisation via innumerable public programs, school programs, television interviews etc.
To establish Sahaja Yoga, Shri Mataji ensured that Her children grow spiritually and inculcate the Sahaja way of life, and thus started several projects all around the world. These projects cover various foundational aspects of our life such as collective ashrams, schools, health care centers, arts and music academies, collective meditation centers and ashram for abandoned women to mention a few.
These projects are examples through which Shri Mataji provided us the principles, knowledge and mindset to manage aspects of our life and the related institutions in a dharmic and auspicious way. Such projects serve as a platform on which Sahaja Yogis can collectively work together, grow deeper, learn and implement Sahaja based techniques. These activities aim to bind the Sahaja Yogis with Nirmal Love and establish strong Sahaja Collectivities throughout the world.
Pratishthan, Pune
Pratishthan, is the residence of Shri Mataji and was constructed by Her in 1986. It is named after "Paithan" the capital of the ancestors of Shri Mataji - the Shalivahanas. At present, Prathisthan serves as place for Pujas and weekly meditations for the Pune collectivity. A Museum for the Adi Shakti has also been established inside.
Shri Mataji's Birth Place, Chhindwara
In 2005, the Birth Place of Shri Mataji was acquired by the Sahaja Collective and renovated with utmost care taken to preserve it in its original state. Shri Mataji was born here on March 21, 1923 to a Christian family and stayed till the age of four. In 2008, Shri Mataji visited the Birth Place to bless its restoration and open it to Sahaja Yogis.
Cabella, Italy
Cabella, a quaint village in Italy, is where Shri Mataji spent the summer months and held several Pujas every year. She started several projects in the Cabella area. The castle, Plazzo Doria, is Her residence. Albera Camp is where the Pujas are held. Centrassi is a school for young children. Daglio, hosts youth camps and summer seminars.
International Sahaja Yoga Research & Health Center, Navi Mumbai
The health center in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai was started by Shri Mataji in February 1996. It was developed under Her personal care and supervision primarily for health care and cure using vibratory awareness and Sahaja Yoga practices as advised directly by Her.
Qutub Ashram, Delhi
Qutub Ashram was built by Shri Mataji to serve as Her residence in Delhi from which Sahaja Yoga was established in Delhi. The basement and ground floor of the Ashram are two halls which had been built for the purpose of meditation for the Sahaja Yogis.
Shri P.K. Salve Kala Pratishthan, Vaitarna
Shri Mataji started the academy in 2003 in the picturesque landscape of Vaitarna, which is a few hours drive from Mumbai. The purpose of the academy is to spread the traditional values of Indian classical music all over the world, which had been the dream of Shri Mataji's father, honourable Mr. P.K. Salve.
Nirmal Nagari, Ganapatipule
In Ganapatipule, Shri Mataji held Pujas and public programs from 1985 to 2003. It represents Shri Mahaganesha surrounded by the Father principle - the Guru principle of the ocean - with vibrations which clear out Sahaja Yogis very easily. The seminars are very symbolic, representing the whole world, its problems and the solutions.
Sahaja Yoga Health & Research Center, Greater Noida
The health center in Greater Noida was started in 2011 on the same principles of the health center in Navi Mumbai. It is located on the same premises as the Vishwa Nirmala Prem Ashram. As envisioned by Shri Mataji, purpose of the health center is to support the Vishwa Nirmala Prem Ashram.
Vishwa Nirmala Prem Ashram, Greater Noida
Vishwa Nirmal Prem Ashram was started by Shri Mataji in 2003 to help the needy and abandoned girls and women in India.
The Health & Research Center was started in 2011 on the same premises, with the purpose to support the Vishwa Nirmala Prem Ashram.
