The following steps will help you to prepare for the self-realization experience. Sit comfortably with your back straight, taking off your shoes might also help since the Mother Earth sucks all negative energies through our feet.

Place both your hands on your lap with palms open upwards. To settle down your wandering attention you can watch the picture of Shri Mataji on the screen. Once you have settled down peacefully within yourself try to watch your thoughts.

If you experience a complete inner silence and perhaps feel a gentle cool breeze blowing through your palms or on your head over the area of the fontanel, know that you are a realized soul and that you have innately actualized your self-realization.
